Samba server on lan port, airport express

I have conected a hard disk with a built in samba server to the ethernet port of my airport express, it is configured to extend my wifi network , the problem is that i cannot see the disk from others devices, but you can access the net from the disk

Find the IP of the disk as it must have an IP address and ping it from a computer. If the ping fails then please post what is the IP address and what address is the main router and the express running.


If you can ping it.. in Finder use Go, connect to server.


Type SMB://HardiskIPaddress


That shouid manually mount the disk in the computer.. but if you use Mavericks..

CIFS://HarddiskIPaddress


Where you replace that with the actual IP.
