My iMessage is not working!

From last night my iMessage is not working , i have no idea why ? I have reseted my the networks setting , took my card out. I have also reseted the whole phone but it still don't work ! I tried to log on with my Apple ID but it come up with a messaged that there is something wrong with my network. What should I do ? Someone help me please ?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
