in app puchases on some game keep purchases fail, and than i keep try to purchases the item
cause me purchases that item for 3times and i get notthing my creditcard bank has make the payment😠

Within the receipt there's a link to report a problem with the app/game, had the same problem myself with Big Fish games, their support takes 5 days to reply, they first suggest that you close all open apps, restart the phone &/or reset the settings, turn off the device, wait 30 seconds & turn it back on but if you've already tried that then contacting Apple who will probably give you a refund.
