A pop up keeps appearing saying that there is a newer version of apps available even though they are up to date. How do i stop these pop ups?

I am unable to stop a pop up that keeps occuring. The window tells me that there is a newer version of an app (about 20 different apps) even though they are all fully updated... can anyone tell me how to stop this?
