New late 2013 Black Mac Pro unstable

This is my second unit.

The first one restarts itself every 1 hour or so.

This second unit is better but it becomes unresponsive about 4 hours.

What is going on here? I bought an high end machine to have peace of mind and this is worse than my Mac Book Pro, which so far, have not crash or become unresponsive...

Configuration

  • 3.5GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
  • 64GB 1866MHz DDR3 ECC - 4X16GB
  • 1TB PCIe-based Flash Storage
  • Dual AMD FirePro D700-6GB VRAM

If less than 90 days old in the US, you can work with telephone support for Free! They will work with you to find the source of the problems.

The vast majority of such problems do not end up being Hardware issues, but more often cute-but-invasive third-party add-ons that the user added themselves.

One classic example is installing two or more so-called anti-Virus packages. Everything the second package does look like suspicious Virus activity to the first one.
