Any idea how to set up a new iMac with a wireless keyboard and mouse?

Got a used iMac (mid 2011) with a wireless keyboard and mouse, but I can't set the iMac up as none of the devices are paired. Any help?

Hello SweatyEskimo

It should still ask to pair with both. Try starting up the iMac and then hold the power button on the keyboard to bring up the Setup Assistant and then enter in the code to pair. The mouse should start to pair once it is turned on as it should be in discovery mode as long it is not connect to another device.
