Logic Pro X - take folders/ huge problem

Is this me or Logic Pro X?

Take folders work only sometimes. Fx I have three audio tracks. On the top one, the take folders are created when cycle recording; no problem. On the second and third one, Logic decides to replace and not create take folders.

Replace button on the control bar is NOT turned on.

Anyone knows how to deal with this issue? Is there a track specific setting I might have turned on? Or is this one more bug that will be dealt with on the next update?
