File access using android
I no longer have an apple device, only access I have is an android. I'd like to access my files in itunes and icloud. is this possible with an android?

You'll need to use iTunes on a computer to access your purchased music from the iTunes Store, download it, and transfer it to your Android device via whatever procedure that device has for such transfer. None of the other content will play on non-Apple devices.
You can similarly sync contacts and calendars and other data from iCloud to the appropriate applications on your computer and then sync those to the Android.
