Why does my 2012 Airport Express suddenly show yellow light and become green light again suddenly?

HI GUYS,

My airport express has being turining from yellow to green light frequenltly doing usage. The connection seems to be fine. This issue starts a few days ago. I have checked the connection and its perfect it happens when browsing web and suddenly goes to yellow and green.
