I keep getting charged £4.99 from apple itunes, what is this for and how do i cancel it?

Have tried that, not subscribed to anything and this payment is twice a month.

Then unless you have another iTunes Store account you're not checking or someone you know has a different iTunes Store account and are using the came credit card, these are probably a fradulent charges to your credit card and you'll need to address that with your bank.
