Lost IPod need help :( Thank you!

Hi everyone. I lost my IPod touch 4th generation recently. I didnt turn on ICloud so im guessing that the my IPod cannot be located 😟 Do you think Apple Staff can track it? Thanks

Thanks for answering my question! 🙂 i was wondering is it possible for the person 'who has my IPod' to be able to see my personal things without knowing what the password is?
