I have off auto-renewal for subscription and tried to change country using iPad, but page no response.

I tried to change country as what I have always been doing to update certain applications, however I just subscribed to a newsstand material, and realised I'm not able to change country as window popped up and asked to off auto-renewal, so I off the auto-renewal and tried again, but the page shows the same warning and not moving onto the next procedure/page! hence I wonder if there is any restriction to the subscription which doesn't allow change of country at all?

Tried on iPad, tried on iPhone.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1
