iPad import photos problem, no Autoplay showed up,PC didnt recognize the iPad

my iPad can't import all photos, no autoplay showed up, i already try to enable it from control panel but my PC (win7), didnt able to recognize the photos, but the iPad was succesfully readed by iTunes, i dont know how it happens last time i import the photos was 1 month ago
