Q: Subtitling and keeping font size consistent across multiple slides

I am using Keynote to subtitle a lecture. I have flowed the text of the lecture into Keynote using the outline view, and figured out how create new slides by inserting returens.  But depending on how much texs is on each slide, the font size varies (to fill up the text box).  How do I keep font size consistent in text boxes across multiple slides?  This is important because it needs to be easy for people to read in real time as the lecture is read (in Japanese).

you can do this by pasting the text into Text Edit, remove the formatting and paste into Keynote again:

in the outline pane click the small blue icon representing a slide

    select all (command A)

    copy the text (command C)

open Text Edit from the Applications folder

paste the text into Text Edit (command V)

    Format > Make plain text

    select all - (Command A)

    copy - (Command C)

open a new Keynote document, in outline view paste the text into the slide

select all the slides; click on the small slide icon the comman A

change the font, size and colour to your needs

    Hi,

There is an easier way to solve this problem. In KeyNote you select 'Lay-out' then uncheck the box where is says: make text fit. Now you can use a consistent font size and it will appear that way.
