How to change region and payment info when you still have credit?

i really need your help on this. When i first started using apple stuff i was living in the us. There i got a gift card with some credit and paid for icloud. Now i live in brazil and need to change my accont region so i can provide valid payment information. But i cant do that because i still have $0,47 credit balance and need to spend every penny to be allowed to make the change. The problem is that i didnt find any app that costs that and now i'm stuck and dont know what to do. If i fail to provide my payment info my icloud account will be downgraded to 5G and i would hate if that happens.
