iPhone5 (IOS 7.1) 'Unable to Connect to Wifi Network

My iPhone5 (with IOS7) will not connect to any wifi network. It can find them but when the password is put in the says 'unable to connect to network'.

I have tried a manual reset and also 'reset all network settings'

Any more ideas?? Any thing will be greatly appciated...
