Q: I just purchased more storage for iCloud. It wasn't enough so I went to purchase more and discovered it will charge me 2 times. Does anyone have a phone number to get a refund for one of the purchases? Thanks

You can find phone number for your region here, but I would not call - you will see no more then charge for second storage purchase, second charge is usually just the difference.

If you do decide to call, ask them if you really need any storage, half of people here buy it just cause they think it is going to increase their devices size. Which it is not.

Now I know you never needed iCloud storage. Upgrade of iCloud storage will not give you any additional space on the device. Contact Apple for full refund and in the process if you still didn't understand me ask them if you need any additional storage.
