removing content on my iphone from an old computer

I recently bought a new computer because my old one (which I used to sync my iPhone5s), died. When I go to sync my phone to my new computer, the phone still has all my old music on it. Is there a way to remove all of the music that is currently on my iPhone and place new music on my new computer (preferably without having to restore it)?
