Is there any way to stop iTunes using my C:\ drive?

Hi,

I am trying to work out how to completely stop iTunes from using my C:\ drive. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. I basically just want everything related to iTunes/Apple to save to another drive, including all phone backups etc.
