Mail App bugs on iDevices

Having some weird bugs going on with the Mail.app.

I have about 4 email accounts; don't ask.

When deleting an email account, it does the job; but it somehow appends other account onto the current list. You will now see duplicates account until you get out of the mail and contact settings then go back in.

Email signatures: it would sometime crash the settings.app. Also, when sometime modifying a signature, I would not be able to edit the signature properly.

Viewing inbox of the email account: Sometimes would see duplicate entries until I go out of the inbox and get back in.

Is there a way to create email templates on the idevices?

Notes:

I think it has something to do wth IMAP accounts.
