So I have no clue what happened but restored my iPod go and search for stuff on safari it loads then closes I try restoring it again and it didn't work try reset settings nothing works I need help ASAP

Cheak your date and time, sometimes if its been changed Safari and other apps won't work. This happens to me and I dont even change the time, it just happens

If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store..
