I have several iPhones dedicated to my iTunes account. Recently, I've had several charges made for a game that both of my sons play. Is there a way to easily determine which charges were made by each phone, even if they are under the same iTunes account?

The iTunes purchase history is per account, It does not state which device made the purchase.

Yes. Ask your sons. If you don't trust them that much, remove your credit card from the account and change your password. Seriously.
