Refreshing network settings?

I have been advised to refresh my network settings on my phone which could fix the problem of me not currently being accessed to 4G. However, when I googled how to do it, it only seemed to show wifi network reset/refresh.

Is the network reset in the settings > general > reset going to reset the connection to my wifi networks and all my mobile network settings?
