HELP!!!

Hi,


I bought an iphone 4s on ebay, The lady (Becky.cooper2011) has not erased all the content on the phone before sending it to me and the icloud is set up in her name. I have tried contacting her but she is not responding. someone please HELP I don't know what to do.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

File a claim with ebay and get your money back if the seller won't respond. You can not remove the iCloud account without the proper credentials, and if you restore the phone it will be activation locked and useless.

If eBay wiill not help you and beckycooper will not help you, then you have a phone you cannot use and you are put however much you paid.

Emails from ebay don't prove anything. It proves that you paid for a product. It does NOT prove that the product you paid for was not stolen. The seller is not an authorized distributor of iPhones. You can get a receipt from the guy on the corner for the $25 rolex you bought... That doesn't prove it wasn't stolen.


eBay has a record of the seller, whether they are still registered or not. File the claim.
