I bought an iphone 4s on ebay, The lady (Becky.cooper2011) has not erased all the content on the phone before sending it to me and the icloud is set up in her name. I have tried contacting her but she is not responding. someone please HELP I don't know what to do.

File a claim with ebay and get your money back if the seller won't respond. You can not remove the iCloud account without the proper credentials, and if you restore the phone it will be activation locked and useless.

I have already filed a claim with ebay but unfortunately as you can see in the photo she is no longer a registered user, and i have a useless iphone here.
is there any way i can sort this mess out?

No is not very helpful really, I have all the emails from ebay as proof the I phone has been bought and not stolen.

If eBay wiill not help you and beckycooper will not help you, then you have a phone you cannot use and you are put however much you paid.

Emails from ebay don't prove anything. It proves that you paid for a product. It does NOT prove that the product you paid for was not stolen. The seller is not an authorized distributor of iPhones. You can get a receipt from the guy on the corner for the $25 rolex you bought... That doesn't prove it wasn't stolen.
eBay has a record of the seller, whether they are still registered or not. File the claim.
sounds like a stolen phone. If you were sold and item that you cant use and wasn't described that way, you just need to work with ebay and paypal or your credit card to get your money back. Don't delay.
