iPhone to iPhone texts green
My i5 to i5 texts are all green not blue and not receiving some texts. I have restarted and reset my phone. What else could I try?

Have you gone to Settings>Messages and see if iMessage is active? Remember that both parties in an iMessage have to have an active data connection for iMessage to work.
