How do I receive purchase receipts from App Store?

Not getting reciepts for App Store purchases. How do I turn this on? Or can I download a receipt?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

They are sent to the primary email address listed in the Apple ID that is used in the account in 24 to 48 hours.

So it hasn't been 24 hours yet, but I did purchase an app in February 2014 that I never got an email for either (but it is definitely the correct email because I get other app store confirmation emails). So trying to figure out if I can verify my settings, but doesn't look like there's anywhere to control them.
