I can not get my Apple keyboard to connect to iPad Mini with Retina display. It worked a few days back, but now it doesn't. The keyboard stays in discovery mode, & the iPad mini does not find anything.

I actually have managed to fix my issue. The keyboard was low on battery, but instead it kept blinking. So, I thought it was on low battery.
Bluetooth is not finding anything, how do I fix it?
