I recently bought an Ipod touch 5th Generation and i am not able to find my apps i've perviously downloaded onto my old Ipod touch (4G), and i cant connect the old one cause it wont turn on anymore. Where can i find my downloaded apps?

If they aren't in your iTunes library, you can redownload them from the App store as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 (assuming they are still available in the app store).
My previous Apps have disappeared, can i redownload them?
