Heartbleed Issue advice
While this is not strictly related to Logic Pro......
For those users who use services like Dropbox, SoundCloud and so on.. for promoting or moving music files back and forth...or Emails services like Gmail and Yahoo (or other ISP emails accounts that utilize those same email providers like Bellsouth) you should change your passwords now... as those sites and your personal information.. were very likely compromised by the Heartbleed issue.
However, also note that if you used the same login and password combination for any unaffected site or service.. like using your yahoo account name and your yahoo password... as your Apple ID/iCloud service for example, you should also change your password for those unaffected sites and services too.. for obvious reasons!
I have spent the last few days assisting clients who have been trying to recover from this issue and i have come across several clients for example.. who used their Gmail account name and password for the Apple ID as well....
It is extremely important you change all those passwords now and do not wait or hesitate.
I would also recommend the password you use for iCloud/Apple ID should be completely different from any other password you use elsewhere... for the best security.
