Apr 16, 2014 10:54 PM in response to Bv3013by King_Penguin,A refund for what type of item and for what reason ? Refunds are generally only given for items that don't work (e.g. song or film doesn't play) or not as described on its description page in the store (e.g. apps).
If the item isn't working (and if possible in your country you've tried deleting and redownloading it and if an app contacted the developer) then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
