Hi, my ipod is disabled and it said connect to itunes. we have been through this itunes stuff but the problem is that the password has changed to numbers. it used to be "billy' and when i changed it to "billy" it went back to numbers and now we cannot get into the ipod. i made sure i keep it off of "simple passcode" and right when i turned it off it went to numbers.
