Q: I recently received a substantial refund from purchases my grandson of 8purchased. I tunes graciously refunded the money. However now I cannot use my credit card to make purchases for thr game I play.

I recently received a refund from I tunes which I appreciated. My little grandson who is 8 made $460 worth of purchases without my knowledge. However now I cannot use my credit card for further purchases on the game I play. Getting itnacross to ITunes is difficult.
