My ipod wont let me create an icloud account

I've been trying to make an icloud accunt though my ipod touch but im unable, i already have a account but i cant use it. The message it shows is something like "Imposible to connect youve reached the 3 free accounts..."Help?

How many devices do you have using the account? That message means you are already at your connections limit.

Create the account on a device that still has the ability to create iCloud accounts. Then use the account on the iPod.

Apple limiting users to 3 iCloud account setups per device
