My mac mini is slow.

I just purchased new Mac Mini. But my Mac mini is slow. When I install Adobe creative Cloud after that my Mac mini hang until I closed it forcefully. And when I drag items from desktop it moves very smoothly from one to another place (Macintosh HD icon) but when I moves it under the finder, there is problem it not moves properly. In finder it is very slow to shift.

My Friends said mac doesn't hang in any state. But why this happened to me? Please let me out of here.
