If you had Find My iPhone enabled on your device, then sign onto your iCloud account and track it from there:

If you did not have it enabled, then all you can do is report it to the police, change your Apple ID password, and have your carrier block your number.

Do as gail instructed. Then buy a new phone. I'm not aware of any walmart service plan or extended warranty that covers loss or theft.
I have a 2 year service warranty with Walmart.whats the next step.reported to police lost or stolen.just receipt from Walmart.
