can't connect 500 cassette to LaserWriter 16/600; won't print w/ that cassette selected, I get: "incorrect lower tray connection"
Power Mac G4 (Gigabit), Mac OS X (10.4.11)
Logic would suggest the software knows what it is talking about, pull out and put back in the lower tray.
Thank you, but I did take out the paper tray, filled it with more paper… same result. Next I took the printer off of the cassette, made certain the one contact was clean and fitting, but still same. Puzzled…
