You'll need to download the Installer from the Mac App Store. Then you can use the program babowa suggested or the built in utility: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5856

But, benwiggy has provided the answer to your question. You should have a Recovery partition alread set up which allows you to do what you want without anything else.
