I have opened a brower in safari. when i force close the app and open it then the browers are opening again the same way i had closed it. I want to close one browser but unable to do so as it is throwing up a mesage continuously. some virus may be. restar

I have a opened a browser in safari which keeps sending me message boxes. I need to close this browser. I am unable to do so as the safari browser is stuck with the message boxes. I also restarted my iphone and forced the app too but no help. When i open safari then again the same brower opens and the message boxes start opening.
