can't reset FaceTime password from deleted email address/ old apple id

Hello community!

I noticed my facetime still has my old email address which also was my apple id password encrypted. I honestly cant remember ever encrypting a password for facetime so I tried a couple and it failed. So, I cant edit my facetime profile to properly reflect my current apple id.
