I hate seeq.com, please help!

Here's my problem... I will go to a website, like ESPN.com for example, or google.com, and instead of that website coming up, seeq.com pops up. It isn't something that occurs every time but for usually and hour or so every few days this will happen, and i will go to my pc and not have this problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Can i somehow block seeq.com? Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
