Help Needed

Hi, I have a very annoying website which keeps opening on its own. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

I get the same thing . . . it's so annoying. I've cleared cookies, reset Safari, ran Kaspersky and still get the tab popping up, someone please help!
