Available downloads not showing all items and none of the season pass items which restart downloading each time I manually reset.

I have 2 downloads tha keep reappearing even though I've downloaded tham on another device and don't want them on the Mac and a season's pass that isn't showing on dowlaods at all (I have to go through a manual search each time then the same programme in the series starts downloading again)>
Any suggestions?

I'm seriously thinking of giving iTunes the boot as there are so many hassles.
