Hi Taewoo Kim,
The official line is that all sales are final. The description for the app you purchased is very clear that in order to edit and update you have to have a Microsoft 365 subscription. However, not sure what it is you "paid" for. The Microsoft apps are all free from the App Store.
Can you be more specific about what it is you want a refund for?
