I USED TO BE ABLE TO DO FACETIME ON MY IPOD TO AND IPHONE BUT NOW I TRY TO DO IT TO THE SAME PHONE AND IT KEEPS SAYIND CONNECTION FAILED. COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO?

YES I HAVE TRIED BUT IT DOESNT WORK..
I CAN DO FACETIME BUT WITH ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE
AND I COULD DO FACETIME WITH THE MY COUSIN BUT
NOW IT JUST DOESN'T LET ME . KEEPS SAYING

That points to a problem on the other person's end unless you do not have the correct calling email address for those people.
HE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID HE NEEDED
AN APPLE ID SO I MADE ONE FOR HIM AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK
