Q: how do I retrieve photos that I have saved to the iCloud but deleted off my iPhone?

I saved some photos to the iCloud before deleting them off my phone so I could update to the newest operating system.  How do I get them from the iCloud back to my phone?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
