I have some updates on my Iphone 5s for some apps, so I click update and the circle comes up as normal then 3-4 seconds later the circle disappears and it comes up with update again.. and the app has not updated still. Also I cant download apps! help!!

Also I cant download apps it does the same thing but im sure it was okay a couple of days ago I really nee some help becuase I want to download some apps and get rid of the updates..
