What options do I have since I need to access this website?
It appears to work for me in Safari.
Could you please provide more details on exactly how it is not working for you?

That URL fails
It states that the profile has not been set up
What makes you think that Internet Explorer is the solution to this problem?
To me it appear to be more of a problem with get the profile set up correctly. I see nothing there to suggest that Internet Explorer is required.

I see this (which makes sense as I do not have a profile)
What do you see (a screenshot would be nice)
The page did say internet explorer is recommended. I'm trying to send you a screen shot but I'm still trying to figure it out. I'm not on my PC right now
There is no Internet Explorerr for Mac, hasn't been for many years.
And as I and Allan can browse to the page without issue it does not look as though it requires Internet Explorer either.
I want to see what you are seeing
