Q: My Outlook calendar is not getting reflected to iCloud.

I can see Home and Work from iCloud in Outlook, but my Outlook calendar is not pushing to iCloud.  I uninstalled iCloud and reinstalled it, and I have "Contacts, Calendars and Tasks" checked in iCloud control panel.  I've tried unchecnking it, waiting, then rechecking it as recommended on the help pages.  What's wrong?

Go through the troublshooting steps under "Troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook)" in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3999.  In particular, make sure the iCloud Outlook add-in is active within Outlook.

Yes that was the first thing I did.

On iCloud I only see Home and Work.

On Outlook I have three camendars - "Calendar" (my normal calendar that syncs with Exchange) plus two iCloud calendars Home and Work.

At one time in the past I also had a "calendar on iCloud" but that's gone, and it doesn't get recreated even after I uninstall iCloud, restart and reinstall.

So now I've uninstalled iCloud and set iTunes up to sync my calendars with my iPhone which seems to be working, but of course now I can't share calendars across devices.
