since i update my to iOS 7.1 my hotspot option no longer works. Any suggestions

Since I updated to iso 7.1 I cannot use my phone as a hotspot. IS there an app i can use or any suggestion

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.1

Contact your cell provider and make sure your account is provisioned properly for hotspot.
