Flickering

In my macbook air 13 inches(mid 2013), it causes flickering when playing video with quicktime player. But it doesn't happen in VLC player. In my last discussion , the apple support communites reply me this message "try a diff. MP4 movie and re-verify" . I tried to play another mp4 movie and it didn't work. So, how I must do.
